Florida Rodent Control Service Areas
Florida is not one rodent market. Roof rat pressure in Naples has no off season, while Northeast Florida gets a real winter that makes house mice the bigger problem. Coastal salt destroys standard mesh in a few years. Ridge sand makes water the driver. Every region here works differently, and every page says how.
The Nine Regions

Pick Your Region
Each region page covers what actually drives rodent problems there, what to ask any company working in it, and every community we cover inside it.
No cold break at all, barrel tile open at the eave and hip ends, and heavy post Ian reconstruction leaving new rooflines and elevated undersides incompletely sealed.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which region I am in?
Find your community in the list below and it links straight to its page. If it is not listed, call with your ZIP and we will confirm coverage before anything is scheduled.
Does the work really differ by region?
Substantially, and that is why every community has its own page. Southwest Florida has no cold break at all while Northeast Florida gets sustained winter cold that makes house mice a bigger problem than rats in places. Coastal salt destroys standard galvanised mesh within a few years while inland property never faces it. Ridge sand makes water the driver in dry season. Ranch and grove country puts the population in a barn before the house.
Do you cover the whole state?
We cover 178 communities across nine regions spanning the peninsula from Nassau County down to Collier. We do not currently cover the Panhandle or the Keys.
Are the operators you refer licensed?
Yes. Florida regulates pest control under Chapter 482, Florida Statutes, administered by FDACS. Your assigned operator provides their licence number on your written estimate and you can verify it through the FDACS licensee search at fdacs.gov.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. The inspection is free through the operators we refer, and you keep the photographs and the written quote whether or not you proceed.
